  • Awards

  • Artist Excellence and Highly Commended Awards will be announced at the exhibition opening. A People's Choice Award voted on by the Ballarat community (friends and family) during the exhibition will be announced via our socials on Wednesday 6th May.

    We will take the best care of your artwork we can. It is your responsibility to complete this form, deliver and collect your artwork. Your artwork must:

    • Be delivered to Y Ballarat from Tuesday 31st March - Friday 3rd April, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

    • Be portable, ready to exhibit (cord/hook if hanging), light and easy to move (we reserve the right not to display artwork not ready to exhibit). 

    • We reserve the right not to exhibit works that may be considered offensive.

    • Art not for sale/unsold MUST be collected between Friday 1st May - Friday the 8th of May , 9:00am - 5:00pm. (Artwork will NOT be kept after this time unless you have organised alternative pick up time)
