    Artist Excellence and Highly Commended Awards will be announced at the exhibition opening.

    A People's Choice Award voted on by the Ballarat community (friends and family) during the exhibition will be announced via our socials on July 19.

    We will take the best care of your artwork we can. It is your responsibility to complete this form, deliver and collect your artwork. Your artwork must:

    • Be delivered to Y Ballarat from Monday 25th August to Friday 5th September between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

    • Be portable, ready to exhibit (cord/hook if hanging), light and easy to move (we reserve the right not to display artwork not ready to exhibit).

    • We reserve the right not to exhibit works that may be considered offensive.

    • Art not for sale/unsold MUST be collected between Monday 14th October and Friday 17th October, (artwork will NOT be kept after this time).

    • Deliver and collect artwork from Y Ballarat, Barkly Square, 25 Barkly St Ballarat)

    • Exhibition will be open from Friday 19th September to Sunday 5th October.
