This form has been created for children who are already in attendance at our services. This will mean you do not re-complete the enrolment form at the start of the new school year.

If you have another child that you wish to register for 2025 in 3yr or 4yr please complete the below registration form. This form will give us all the Legislative information we are required to have per child.

4yr Kindergarten
As per Government guidelines children can only access one year of Funded 3yr Kindergarten.

This means that if your child has completed their 3yr kindergarten year in 2024 you will need to enrol them in a 4yr kindergarten program for 2025.
