    We will take the best care of your artwork that we can. Its your responsibility to complete this form, deliver and collect your artwork. 

    Your artwork must:

    • Be portable, ready to exhibit (cord/hook if hanging), light and easy to move (we reserve the right to not display artwork not ready to exhibit).
    • We reserve the right not to exhibit works that may offend members of the community.
    • Be delivered to Y Ballarat, by Friday March 28th.
    • Art not for sale/unsold MUST be collected between Monday 9th and Friday 13th May, (uncollected work will become the property of the organising committee). 
    • Deliver and collect artwork from Y Ballarat, Barkly Square, 25 Barkly St Ballarat.
